Operation Officer
Duty & Responsibility:
- Convert personal travel wishes into tailor-made travel proposals.
- Ensure all necessary steps are being taken from the inquiry, booking, confirming customer names with airlines/hotels/ground operator, execution to evaluation of the tour.
- Act as a liaison between the field staff (drivers, guides and freelancers) and the rest of the office team (reservations, account and general manager).
- Optimize tour handling and other administrative procedures.
- Handle feedback and complaint in a professional manner.
- Be flexible to work outside office hours if necessary.
- Assist in new product development.
Qualification:
- A degree in tourism and hospitality management, business administration and/or communication.
- Minimal 3 years relevant working experience within the tourisms or hospitality industry.
- Full proficiency in spelling, punctuality, grammar and other English language skills.
- Must have strong negotiating, influencing, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Customer-service orientation.
- Time-management, planning and organizing skills.
- Discipline and stress resistant.
- Cross-cultural skills and adequate international exposure.
- Flexible, hard-working and team player.
Sales Executive
Duty & Responsibility:
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
- Monitor and analyze sales figures and trends to supervisor and prepare daily sales and marketing reports.
- Develop and implement sales campaign to achieve target revenue and increasing market share in consultation with the supervisor.
- Monitor and analyze competitor’s sales strategies in order to strengthen IncentiveJapan brand and sales activities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in a Business related discipline
- 3 years in the travel industry with experience in sales and marketing.
- Needs to demonstrate knowledge of airline procedures and distribution systems.
- Must have strong negotiating, influencing, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Proven track record with sales performance to achieve target and goal.
- Should have excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills – MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Being service-minded oriented and self-motivated.
